Shipping within the Netherlands
Did you place an order with a total value of €35 or higher? Then your order will be delivered for free. For orders with a lower total value than €35, we charge €5.95 in shipping costs.
Shipping within Belgium
The same applies to orders within Belgium. When the total value is higher than €49, your order will be delivered for free. If the total value is lower than €49? Then the shipping costs are €6.95.
Shipping to Germany
For orders to Germany, we charge shipping costs for an order value up to €79. These costs are €6.95. All orders over €79 are free of shipping costs.
Order your products for a total amount higher than €35? Then your order will be shipped for free. For an order with a lower order value than €35, we charge €8.95 in shipping costs.
At Matties Petfoods, we ship our packages via PostNL. After placing an order, you will receive a Track & Trace code with which you can track the order.
Can't find your Track & Trace code? No worries, you can find the Track & Trace code on the PostNL website.
As soon as the payment is received, your package will be shipped. If you order on a weekday before 3:00 PM? Then your order — provided the products are still in stock — will be shipped the same day.
Are you glad to have ordered products that are temporarily out of stock? You will be notified within 24 hours.
If you would prefer to cancel the order, the amount paid will be refunded to your account.
Do you want to have Matties dog food shipped abroad (excluding Belgium and Germany)? Then contact our customer service department; they will inform you about the correct rate.
