Shipping within the Netherlands
Have you placed an order with a value of €35 or more? Then your order will be delivered for free. For orders with a value less than €35, we charge €5.95 for shipping.
Shipping within Belgium
The same applies to orders within Belgium. When the order value is higher than €49, your order will be delivered for free. If the order value is lower than €49, the shipping costs are €6.95.
Shipping to Germany
For orders to Germany, we charge shipping costs up to an order value of €79. These amount to €6.95. All orders over €79 are free of shipping costs.
Shipping within the Netherlands
Are you ordering products with a total amount over €35? Then your order will be shipped for free. For orders with a value less than €35, we charge €8.95 for shipping costs.
Shipping & Delivery Times
At Fish4Dogs, we send our packages via PostNL. After placing an order, you will receive a Track & Trace code with which you can track your order.
Can't find your Track & Trace code? Don't worry, you can find the Track & Trace code on the PostNL website.
Once the payment has been received, your package will be shipped. If you order on a business day before 3:00 PM, your order — provided the products are still in stock — will be shipped the same day.
Out of stock?
It appears you have ordered products that are temporarily out of stock. You will be notified of this within 24 hours.
If you prefer to cancel the order, the amount paid will be refunded to your account.
Ordering abroad?
Do you want to have Fish4Dogs dog food shipped abroad (excluding Belgium and Germany)? Then please contact our customer service department; they will inform you about the correct rate.
