Shipping within the Netherlands
Have you placed an order worth €35 or more? Your order will then be delivered free of charge. For orders worth less than €35, we charge €5,95 in shipping costs.
Shipping within Belgium
The same applies to orders within Belgium. When the order value is higher than €49,-, your order will be delivered free of charge. Is the order value less than €49,-? Then the shipping costs are €6,95.
Shipping to Germany
For orders to Germany, we charge shipping costs for orders up to €79,-. These amount to €6,95. All orders over €79,- are exempt from shipping costs.
Shipping within the Netherlands
Order products totaling more than €35, and your order will be shipped free of charge. For orders with a total value below €35, we charge €8.95 in shipping costs.
Shipping & delivery times
At Fish4Dogs, we ship our parcels via PostNL. After placing an order, you will receive a Track & Trace code that allows you to track your order.
Can't find your Track & Trace code? No worries, you can find it on the PostNL website.
Once payment has been received, your parcel will be shipped. Ordering before 3:00 p.m. on a working day? Then your order will be shipped the same day - provided the products are still in stock.
Out of stock?
It turns out you ordered products that are temporarily out of stock? You will be notified of this within 24 hours.
If you would rather cancel the order, the amount paid will be refunded to your account.
Ordering from abroad?
Would you like Fish4Dogs dog food shipped abroad (excluding Belgium and Germany)? Please contact our customer service department; they will inform you of the correct rate.
